Reached by a country lane in Sierra de Grazalema nature reserve, Finca Gaucin has a 400-year-old wooden entrance door and limited mobile reception. Secluded gardens, shaded terraces and an L-shaped outdoor pool overlook the Strait of Gibraltar towards Morocco, visible on clear days. The main house sleeps eight in four bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and TV room. The neighbouring two-bedroom casita adds a kitchenette and living area. Gaucín is 15 minutes away for groceries; forest trails and villages offer encounters with mountain goats and rare vultures. Playa Torreguadiaro, popular with locals and fishermen, is half an hour away.

The main house’s ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, TV room with a library, and a living room with a fireplace.
Additional spaces include a table tennis games room, a billiards room and a spa with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and gym equipment.
Three bedrooms on the ground floor each have an ensuite bathroom. The split-level principal bedroom occupies the first floor and includes a balcony overlooking the forest.
The guest casita includes a private kitchenette and sitting room, plus a double bedroom with a king-size bed that can be arranged as twin beds on request.
The casita’s second bedroom contains a single bed, and the two bedrooms share one bathroom.

Breakfast service can be arranged on request for an additional charge; it is included with a Concierge package booking. Displayed prices cover the main house and guest house together, for a maximum of 11 guests. For groups of eight or fewer, please contact your Villa Specialist for main-house-only rates, covering four bedrooms and up to eight guests. The villa stands in the heart of a nature reserve, in peaceful surroundings suited to time away from everyday routines. Access is along approximately one kilometre of farm road, which is not recommended for low-clearance vehicles. Barbecues are prohibited in the area. Mobile reception is very weak and can be unavailable because of the location. Only a minimal Wi-Fi service is available, approximately 20MB.
