Arthur and Jean Bosc restored this historic townhouse, with interiors by Marc Abelin. The Architect’s and Upholsterer’s rooms honour their fathers, Hugo Bosc and Michel Abelin; the other bedrooms are the Designer’s and Artist’s Seed rooms. Murano glass, brass, Sputnik lamps and an antique V Mauprety piano complement timber beams, stone basins, parquet, terracotta and Tonello mosaics. Muted bedrooms feature open-plan baths or en suite showers. Shops, cafés and Michelin-starred L'Auberge de Saint-Rémy are walkable. Les Baux-de-Provence is 20 minutes away by car; Arles, 30. The Alpilles offers riding, hiking, e-biking, gliding and wine tastings.

A villa manager is available for arrivals and assistance during your stay.
In high season, housekeeping takes place twice weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday, for 3 hours each time. In mid and low season, it is provided once weekly for 3 hours.
Bathrobes, slippers and premium toiletries from a local luxury organic brand are provided.
Plunge pool heating is included from April to October, weather permitting, up to a maximum of 29°C. The pool has no overnight cover.
Parking is provided for one vehicle.

The details

Four generously sized double bedrooms occupy the first and second floors, each with a king-size bed.
Two bedrooms have open-plan bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs; the remaining two have separate en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Two bathrooms include hammam-style steam showers.
The ground floor contains a living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped Boffi kitchen and a pantry. A lift and spiral staircase connect the three floors.
Three terraces occupy the third floor: one has an outdoor kitchen and dining area seating 14; another has a plunge pool, solarium and bar; the third offers panoramic rooftop views.

The house stands on a quiet pedestrian street in the historic centre of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. During the busiest months, some street noise should be expected, especially with windows open. Additional cleaning is available on request at €42 per hour. A local tax of €4.32 per person per night is payable with the balance.
