The details

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen and a living space with a bar and television.
Outside the main house, close to the separate suite, a professional kitchen has preparation capacity for events of up to 60 people. A fully equipped gym includes an outdoor area with foam matting; a basketball hoop and table tennis are also available outdoors.
The indoor dining room accommodates up to 10, while the outdoor dining table seats 16.
Water facilities comprise a 16m infinity pool, a hot tub for 12 people and two hot tubs adjoining the bedrooms.
Two principal bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom, sea views and a private veranda with its own hot tub.
Three double bedrooms have sea views. Two contain double beds; the third has twin beds that can be joined as a double.
The family suite includes a living area, open-plan wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed for one additional adult or two children, together with a window looking into the swimming pool.
A second suite stands apart from the main house, with a private heated pool, deck, living room, walk-in wardrobe and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Every bedroom has a king-size bed, coffee machine and separate internal and external entrances for privacy.

Extra notes

The seven bedrooms accommodate a maximum of 18 guests, including children. Four guests sleep on additional beds, for example in the family suite, sharing a bedroom with other guests. A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to confirm a booking. A EUR 15,000 security deposit is payable with the rental balance. It covers damage to the property caused deliberately or accidentally by members of the party during the stay. The deposit is returned following verification on the day of departure. Short stays of at least five nights, with flexible changeover days, are available in May, June, September and October; please contact your Villa Specialist. During peak season, changeovers take place on Saturdays only. Events for up to 60 guests can be arranged strictly on request.
