On Mykonos’s southern hillside, Villa Thia overlooks the Aegean, Paros and Naxos through 180 degrees. Elia’s sandy beach, clear shallows and watersports are under five minutes’ drive away; Kalo Livadi’s tavernas and shallow waters and Ano Mera’s 16th-century monastery, tavernas and cobbled streets are about eight minutes away. Open-plan interiors combine a sea-facing lounge, contemporary island kitchen and eight-seat dining table. Outdoors, a kitchen with gas stove, barbecue, fridges, wine fridge and bar accompanies six-seat dining, poolside sunbeds, parasols, hot tub, shaded sofas and a sunken firepit lounge overlooking hillside lights. Five bedrooms occupy the main house; a simpler, staff-suitable sixth adjoins the gym in a separate guest house.

The main house entrance floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, a television lounge and an indoor dining area seating up to eight, with access outside.
Two bedrooms on this floor each have a TV, an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access. One has a queen-size bed; the other has twin beds that can be arranged as a double.
The main bedroom occupies the main house’s upper floor, with a queen-size bed, TV, a sea-view en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a private balcony.
The main house’s lower floor offers a fully equipped kitchen and a sea-view living room opening onto an outdoor living area.
The lower floor also contains two bedrooms, each with a TV, an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access. One has a queen-size bed, while the other has twin beds convertible into a double.
A lower-floor annexe houses the gym and a simply furnished bedroom suitable for staff. The bedroom has twin beds that can form a double, a TV, an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen.
Outside are a barbecue, a 15m swimming pool, a kitchen with a bar and fridges, multiple seating areas, outdoor showers, a fireplace and a helipad, with landings available on request.

Extra notes

Pool heating can be requested for EUR 248 per day. Short stays are possible. The minimum stay is 4 nights in May, the first part of June and September, and five nights during the remainder of June, July and August. Arrival and departure changeover days are flexible. Parties and smoking are prohibited inside the property. Small events for up to 40 guests may be organised on request. The villa provides barbecue facilities. Do not use the barbecue in strong winds because of the fire risk. Alternatively, arrange for a professional chef to operate it.
