Above the coast in Pouli, Villa Maia faces west across an infinity pool. Cushioned daybeds, a dining pergola and barbecue sit against natural rock. The white living room opens onto the terrace; steps reach the dining area and kitchen. Driftwood furniture, aqua shutters and blue-striped pouffes add colour. Seven bedrooms occupy the main house and four guesthouses; two overlook the pool’s interior, while four have private entrances and sea views. Korfos, popular with windsurfers, and café-lined Ornos are about ten minutes away by car; Mykonos Town’s shops and tavernas are 15 minutes away. Psarou offers beach clubs including Nammos. Concierge service supports island outings.

The main house occupies three levels.
On the pool level, the living room has a TV, terrace access and sea views; this level also contains a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
The upper-level main bedroom includes a king-size bed, two en-suite bathrooms, a living area, two TVs, terrace access and sea views.
The lower level contains two double bedrooms, each with a TV, private entrance, en-suite bathroom and a window looking into the swimming pool.
Each of the four guesthouses has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, private entrance, terrace access and sea views. Two can be interconnected for families.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.
Daily housekeeping and concierge service are included.

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required to secure the booking. The villa has barbecue facilities. Do not use the barbecue during strong winds because of the fire risk. Alternatively, arrange for a professional chef to operate it. Air conditioning is provided in every bedroom and the living room. Stays starting from three nights and flexible changeover days may be considered throughout the year, on request. Larger groups may book Villa Maia together with neighbouring Villa Loni. The two properties remain independent and private. Please enquire for further details. Children must be supervised, particularly on the main house’s upper level, where the terrace has no safety railing.
