The View blends Scandinavian and Mediterranean design following a four-year renovation by its Franco-Swedish owners, whose backgrounds span construction and design. Pale oak floors, local art, horse sculptures and master-crafted cabinetry complement full-height and oversized arched windows. The kitchen incorporates a wine cellar; gardens contain lemon, orange and olive trees. Mougins’ restaurants and shops are a short walk away, with Grasse’s galleries and dining nearby. Valmasque Park and three golf courses are within 15 minutes’ drive; Cannes is 20 minutes away, Antibes’ beaches, bistros and Picasso Museum 35 minutes, and Nice and Monaco around an hour. Champagne or rosé accompanies the welcome basket.
