Above Psarou Bay, Villa Star spans three levels connected by lift and Cycladic staircase. White walls frame bold art, iron sculptures and pale timber furniture. Nine bedrooms overlook the Aegean; most rooms open onto terraces with loungers, sofas and pergolas. A 21m infinity pool, 18-person hot tub, gym, outdoor bar, kitchen and two dining areas complement sea-facing interiors. Psarou Beach and Nammos, visible from the pool, are under ten minutes away by car. Platis Gialos and Ornos are ten minutes away; Chora, bordered by the old port and Little Venice’s windmills and colourful waterfront balconies, is twelve minutes away. The airport is fifteen minutes away.

Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; an initial supply of bed linen and towels, with weekly replacements for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; departure cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to weekly allowances where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The main house’s middle level contains an open-plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining space with sea views and direct access to the outdoor terraces and barbecue area. A sculptural staircase and lift link the three levels. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and terrace access.
The upper level contains two bedrooms with king-size beds, sea views and panoramic balconies. One has a bathtub; the other has a separate shower.
At ground-floor pool level, six bedrooms have queen- or king-size beds, ensuite shower rooms and terrace access. All but one have sea views.
The lower level contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, an ensuite shower room and sea views. A window looks directly into the pool’s deep end.

Pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Guests may pay two weeks before arrival, with the cost calculated using petrol prices at that time. Indicative pricing for Villa Star is EUR 2,000 for two days and EUR 400 for each additional day. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The villa has barbecue facilities. Do not use the barbecue during strong winds because of the fire risk. Alternatively, book a professional chef to operate it. Wi-Fi and television connectivity and speed cannot be guaranteed on Mykonos. Peak-season bookings require at least seven nights, with Saturday changeovers. Outside peak season, shorter stays are available with a minimum of three or five nights, depending on the time of year, and flexible changeover days.
