On Mykonos’s south coast, Villa Trianti overlooks Naxos and Paros. Four bedrooms occupy the main house, with eight more across guest houses, offering privacy and flexible arrangements. Natural rock frames the 16m pool and stone sun terrace; another suite opens towards a smaller pool and the estate’s Greek chapel. Open-plan interiors combine deep sofas, sculptural lighting and dining for 10, while the breakfast table overlooks the sea. A hammam, full-time chef and round-the-clock concierge support stays. Sandy Elia beach is five minutes away by car; Mykonos Town’s shops and old-town tavernas, including Busula's, Taverna Lakka Garden and To Maereio, are 25 minutes away.

The details

The main house’s ground floor has an open-plan living room with a TV and a dining area seating eight to 10, opening onto the pool area; both enjoy sea views.
Two steps descend to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, sea views and direct pool-area access. A separate staff kitchen is also available.
The ground-floor hammam/steam room has access from outside.
On the main house’s first floor, one king-size bedroom has sea views, an ensuite bathroom and terrace access; a smaller double bedroom has an adjacent shower room.
The main house’s second floor contains a principal bedroom and a regular bedroom, each with a king-size bed, sea views and an ensuite bathroom. The regular bedroom can have twin beds on request; the principal bedroom has a balcony.
One guest house contains a queen-size bed, a bathroom and a living area.
A second guest house has a small kitchen, dining room, pergola and double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The third guest house has a small kitchen, dining room, pergola and ensuite double bedroom on its main level, plus two ensuite double bedrooms on the lower level.
All three have sea views and can be connected.
An additional guest house with a junior suite contains two ensuite double bedrooms with sea views; one bathroom has a bathtub. Both bedrooms have independent external access.
A separate building houses an ensuite double bedroom with sea views. The estate chapel and a second, smaller pool are on the same level.

Extra notes

The villa has barbecue facilities. Do not use the barbecue in strong winds because of the fire risk. Alternatively, book a professional chef to operate it. The approach road is steep, with sections that are unpaved and uneven. Elia Beach is approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot along a downhill path. The return route is mainly uphill and may feel steep. Shorter stays starting from three or five nights may be considered on request throughout the year, except in July and August. Arrivals are possible on any day, with flexible changeover.
