Pool heating is included, up to a maximum temperature of 24 degrees, subject to weather conditions.
The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen overlooks the countryside; there is also a sitting room with an open fireplace and a separate TV room.
The ground floor has two bedrooms with king-size beds. One has an adjoining shower room and access to a private terrace. The other can be configured with twin beds and has an ensuite bathroom with a bath.
Three first-floor bedrooms have king-size beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms, two of which include baths. One bedroom can be configured with twin beds.
The principal bedroom occupies a separate section of the first floor and has a king-size bed, air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity.
The garden offers several comfortable seating areas, an infinity pool with sunbeds, an outdoor kitchenette and a dining table seating 12.

Extra notes

Air conditioning is partial and limited to bedrooms. An electric vehicle charger is available on the property, with charges based on consumption. Additional housekeeping can be arranged at EUR 25 per hour, subject to availability. Local tax is EUR 5.39 per person per night and is payable with the balance. Bedroom 2 has a small window. The swimming pool now has an infinity edge. Large steps lead down to the pool area, making it unsuitable for toddlers and less suitable for elderly guests. There is also an unprotected water feature on the property. Pets are not accepted. Bonnieux village has a tennis court and a padel court. The property has a basketball hoop. CCTV covers the road outside the main gate, the parking area viewed from the house, the parking area facing the house, and the path to the front door. There are no cameras near the pool or terrace, or anywhere indoors. The system can only be accessed via phones and records footage.
