Can Noblessa preserves marés stonework, whitewashed façades, blue shutters and a rattan awning. Inside, industrial lighting illuminates a steel kitchen; Barcelona chairs flank a fireplace, and Bettina Nuschei abstracts enliven white interiors. A floating staircase rises towards a loft with countryside and hamlet views. Fruit trees shade the garden beside a green pool, shower and terrace with an antique-door dining table. Selva’s square, 200m away, has bakeries, food shops, bars, restaurants including Miceli and Selvatge, and Wednesday-morning markets. Inca, known for leather, is ten minutes’ drive away; Alcúdia and Pollença’s beaches are within half an hour. Mountain trails offer hiking and cycling.

Housekeeping comprises four hours per week: a light midweek clean with a towel change.

The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival, with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to a weekly usage allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The ground floor contains three bedrooms: one with twin beds and an ensuite bathroom; one with a four-poster double bed and an open-plan shower room; and the main bedroom, with a double bed, an adjoining bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, and garden access.
On the first floor are a living room with a desk and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
A steep, narrow ladder leads from the study to the fourth bedroom, which has a double bed, a sink, and views across Selva and Inca.
The garden has a shaded dining area seating eight, a 7m plunge pool, a barbecue patio, and a seating area.
Children require supervision on the floating indoor staircase and the outdoor stone steps.

Pool heating can be arranged in advance for EUR 400 per week, up to a maximum temperature of 28 degrees. Additional housekeeping is available on request at an extra charge. Tourist tax is payable locally to a villa staff member upon arrival. From May to October, the standard adult rate, applicable from age 16, is EUR 2 per person per night for nights 1–9, and EUR 1 per person for each subsequent night. VAT of 10% applies. A 50% reduction applies from November to April. Air conditioning is partial, with an underfloor cooling system in every bedroom and bathroom. A private garage accommodates one car. The house and garden offer a high degree of privacy, as neighbouring homes are largely unoccupied for most of the year. The staircase connecting the hallway to the kitchen and living area has no railing. Young children may use it only with an adult present.
