On Mallorca’s quiet cliffside road, Villa Hermosa overlooks Cala Llamp and Port d'Andratx beyond, two kilometres from the yacht-filled port. Six contemporary bedrooms enjoy panoramas; the sauna also overlooks the Balearic Sea. The broad terrace has an LED-lit infinity pool, hot tub and sunset dining, complemented by a stocked wine cellar. Cala Llamp’s smooth rocks and calm swimming waters lie below: a steep 35-minute downhill walk or five-minute drive reaches Beach Club Gran Folies, with palm parasols and a rock-carved pool. Port d'Andratx’s marina, restaurants and boutiques are five minutes away; Palma is 40 minutes. Tramuntana offers hiking and cycling northwards.

Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available; an initial set of bed linen and towels, with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The upper floor comprises an entrance area with a lift and two principal bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, super king-size bed, fireplace, freestanding bathtub and private sea-view balcony.
The main floor contains a fully equipped contemporary kitchen, open-plan dining space opening onto the terrace, wine cellar, living room with a fireplace and drinks cabinet, and one ensuite bedroom with a queen-size bed and terrace access.
Three further bedrooms have external access. One offers a king-size bed, balcony and sea views; another has a queen-size bed and opens directly onto the main terrace. Both have ensuite shower rooms. The third is a guest apartment with a kitchenette, living area, queen-size bed and ensuite shower room; a separate bed can be arranged on request.
The terraced grounds include gardens and lawns, a 15m heated infinity pool, Jacuzzi, covered terrace with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and seating area, table tennis, and a wellness area with a gym and sauna.

Extra notes

A payment of 50% is required to secure the booking. A EUR 10,000 security deposit is payable together with the rental balance. It covers the owners against the cost of damage caused deliberately or accidentally by anyone in the party during the stay. The deposit is refunded following inspection on the day of departure.
