Balcony views span northern Mallorca’s turquoise peninsula to Cap de Formentor lighthouse. Tall, bright living rooms frame the sea through large windows; indoor and outdoor dining share the outlook. Below are a gym, hot tub, sauna, hammam and cinema. On Mal Pas Bonaire’s edge, across a small river from Cielo de Bonaire, the house is minutes from Platja de San Pere via garden steps. Nearby are shops and marina restaurants. Alcúdia, five minutes’ drive, and Pollença, 20 minutes, offer further dining and boat trips. Eastern coastal paths reach rocky viewpoints and secluded sands; mountain hikes include Mirador Penya del Migdia, overlooking the bay.

A villa manager is available for arrivals and assistance during your stay.
Housekeeping is provided for up to four hours a day, six days a week.
Bed linen and towels are changed mid-week.
Pool heating is included from April to November when requested in advance, with a maximum temperature of 26°C. Water temperature depends on the weather, and the pool is exposed to wind.
Jacuzzi heating is included when requested in advance. The Jacuzzi is filled only upon a specific request.
Toiletries are provided at no charge.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available; bed linen and towels on arrival, with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance, where specified in the extra notes.

On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two living rooms, one incorporating a bar, and one ensuite bedroom with twin four-poster beds overlooking the garden.
The first floor contains four ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and terrace access. One has a separate dressing room that can accommodate a baby cot.
The garden includes an infinity pool and dining area, with steps descending to the sea.
