An award-winning Mallorca-based architect designed this Mediterranean home across 269,000 sq ft of private orchards and woodland. Local fieldstone and air conditioning cool minimalist interiors behind a rustic exterior. Local and international paintings accompany Francesca Marti’s scarlet “Dreamer”, overlooking a 15-metre infinity pool with Pollensa Bay, Formentor Peninsula and Tramuntana views.
Indoor and outdoor dining and lounging spaces offer varied settings. A landscape-designed garden balances natural planting with cultivation; its central palm, installed after construction, honours the owner’s eldest daughter in local tradition. Oaks, pines and olives surround the house; boars, wild goats and birds of prey visit from the neighbouring reserve.

Extra notes
Tourism tax is excluded from the rental rate and must be paid locally. For the first 8 nights, it is €2 plus 10% VAT per person, per night; from the 9th night, it is €1 plus 10% VAT per person, per night. Children under 16 are exempt.
E-bike hire can be arranged at an additional charge and must be requested in advance.
Security systems serve solely to protect the property and must remain active whenever guests leave the villa. CCTV is switched off during guest stays.
Parties, events, commercial activities and pets require prior written approval. Smoking, fireworks, open flames and pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden because of the high fire risk. Each guest will receive the complete house rules before arrival.
The property is unsuitable for infants and young children. The final access section is unpaved and unsuitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
Guests must not publicly share material disclosing the property's precise location or security features. The website map indicates an approximate location, corresponding to the nearest town.
