In southern Mallorca, Can Sestal retains stonework and timber ceilings from its 17th-century origins as houses, farm buildings and a dairy. Owned by the same family for four generations, its boutique-style interiors combine antiques, eclectic art, kilims, Spanish ceramics, restored bedsteads and shell filigree. Across 150 acres are gardens, olive groves, orchards, outdoor lounges, dining terraces and a cypress-lined pool. Owners believe the chapel, visited by Mallorcan bishops, dates to the early 18th century. Hills and vineyards frame views; Porreres is 10 minutes away, Palma and its airport 40, and Es Trenc 35. Monti-sion, Caves of Drach, golf courses and marinas offer nearby outings.

A Spanish-speaking villa manager is available for arrivals and guest assistance.
The caretaker couple who live on the grounds provide daily housekeeping, generally between 10am and 12pm, including bedroom and bathroom cleaning.
Bathroom towels are replaced daily; pool towels are replaced every other day.
Evening turndown service is included.
Toiletries are provided free of charge.
Tourist tax is included.

Extra notes

The villa has not been adapted for guests with disabilities. The steep staircase to the second-floor bedrooms may make it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty using stairs. The Spanish-speaking couple who clean and maintain the villa live on the grounds, in an area separate from the main house. CCTV monitors the exterior grounds and entrances for security. Signage at the entrance complies with current Spanish data protection regulations. Final cleaning is included, but guests must leave the kitchen, living areas and outdoor spaces tidy and in the condition in which they found them on arrival. The usual rental schedule runs from Friday to Friday. An owner commitment in June 2027 has altered this schedule, and alternative changeover days may exceptionally be accepted on request. Outside the high season, the owner may allow greater flexibility with arrival and departure dates, always by prior arrangement. Events and weddings are welcome with prior approval.
