Reworked by a fashion entrepreneur, this 14th-century Mallorcan estate pairs an original olive press and dry-stone walls with contemporary interiors. Its 40 acres face the Serra de Tramuntana, the mountains behind its name. Solar power supplies the entire property; rainwater is recycled, and organic gardens and orchards provide produce. A round-the-clock team includes a chef, house manager and concierge, with three daily meals, snacks and an open bar. Ten ensuite bedrooms include one adapted for wheelchair users. A saltwater pool, cinema, spa, gym and outdoor games complement hiking and cycling. Alaró is seven minutes away by car; Soller is 45 minutes away.

Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available; bed linen and towels on arrival, with weekly replacements for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, weekly electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be capped at an allowance specified in the extra notes.

The details

The main building’s ground floor contains an indoor dining room seating 20, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room and office, a cinema, a yoga and playroom, a spa with sauna, a massage and treatment room, and two ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds.
The first floor has eight ensuite bedrooms with king-size beds; all eight can be arranged with twin beds on request.
Outside are a sunset terrace, a dining area for up to 30 guests, an extensive pool area with a heated 10m pool, sunbeds and lawn tents, a games area with volleyball and badminton courts, a pool table, a boules court and a well-equipped gym.
The grounds contain gardens, orchards, cycling trails and a helipad, which carries an additional charge for use.
Full catering is included in the rental: a private chef prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner with produce from the farm’s organic gardens, alongside a 24-hour snack service and an open bar.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Online prices cover seven nights at the maximum occupancy of 20 adults. For smaller parties, contact your villa specialist for a quotation reflecting your group size and stay length. The minimum rate is calculated for 10 adults; groups of 10 to 20 adults are charged per person. Infants stay free. Minimum stays are five nights in July and August, 3 nights in June and September, and 2 nights during the remaining months. Arrival and departure days are flexible. Packages for stays of 3 or 4 nights are available, with additional services including private return transfers, massages, wine tasting and more. Contact a travel specialist for availability and terms and conditions. Events can be arranged on request. Events involving external guests require a minimum stay of 5 nights; those with more than 25 guests require external catering. An event fee applies.
