- A Villa Manager is available for arrivals and assistance during your stay.
- Housekeeping is provided for seven hours daily, six days a week, Monday to Saturday.
- Toiletries are provided without charge.
- The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

- The main house contains eight bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and sea or garden views, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, cinema room and games room.
- The guest house is available only at the full-occupancy rate and contains two ensuite bedrooms, a living area and a terrace.
- Outdoor facilities comprise a 20m saltwater pool with heating on request, barbecue facilities, several dining areas, a hot tub and a sauna available at extra cost.
- The grounds include a vegetable garden, fruit orchard, koi pond and children’s play area.

Extra notes
To support sustainable resource use, midweek linen and towel changes are not part of the standard rental service. They can be arranged on request at no charge.
Additional housekeeping costs EUR 200 per day. Sunday departures incur an additional cleaning fee of EUR 650.
Pool heating costs EUR 1500 per week, payable in advance, with a minimum charge of two weeks because the water takes a week to reach a noticeably warmer temperature. The maximum water temperature is approximately 28–29°C, depending on the weather. Heating is available only in mid-season.
Breakfast can be arranged on request at extra cost. It is served as a buffet with tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, croissants, cereals, yoghurt, butter, marmalade, Nutella, peanut butter, ham, cheese and fruit.

A security deposit of EUR 12,500 is required for each booking to cover the owner against damage or loss resulting from deliberate or accidental damage caused by members of the party.
Tourism tax is EUR 2.20 per guest per night, payable locally. Special conditions govern Wi-Fi use; please enquire for details.
Displayed prices cover full occupancy with both the main house and guest house booked together. Reduced rates for the main house alone, accommodating 16 people, are available on enquiry.
An alarm and CCTV cameras are installed for guest safety and can be deactivated on request.
The extensive grounds contain several water features, including a fish pond. Young children must therefore be supervised by an adult at all times.
July bookings require a minimum stay of 14 nights. From October to May, stays of less than one week are available on request. Peak-season rates are available only on request.
For full-occupancy bookings of 20 guests, the villa manager may require additional housekeeping or staff. The associated costs are charged as an extra service fee.
