Below Puig de Maria, fruit trees, olive groves and landscaped lawns surround Can Viento. Flagstone floors, beamed ceilings, comfortable living spaces and large French doors define the interiors; four upstairs bedrooms overlook the valley. Outdoors, sunshine, swimming and barbecues accompany nearby farm sounds. Walking trails and gourmet restaurant 3/65 at five-star Son Brull are within walking distance. Pollença, five minutes away within a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offers views from its 365 Calvari steps. Port de Pollença, 15 minutes east, has a pine-lined promenade, beach and boat trips to coves. Alcúdia, also 15 minutes by car, offers white-sand beaches, rocky coastal paths and wetlands.

A Villa Manager is available to welcome arrivals and assist guests.
Light housekeeping takes place twice weekly, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, covering bed-making and bathroom cleaning.
Bath towels are replaced on Tuesdays.
Tourism tax is included.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; bed linen and towels on arrival, with weekly replacements for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. Some properties apply weekly allowances to electricity, air conditioning and heating usage where specified in the extra notes.

The details

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen leads to an outdoor dining terrace. This level also contains a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and one king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
The remaining four bedrooms occupy the first floor: a children’s bedroom with twin beds, a twin bedroom with a separate bathroom, and two ensuite twin bedrooms that can be arranged as doubles, one with access to a private terrace.
The grounds include a 12m swimming pool with a surrounding sun terrace, a dining terrace, a separate barbecue terrace, a table tennis table and gardens.

Pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional EUR 350 per week. Extra housekeeping is available on request at an additional charge. The Villa Manager handles check-in during the official arrival window of 4pm–8pm. Outside these hours, contactless check-in is offered.
