Arched windows illuminate contemporary white interiors, wave-patterned floors and yellow, blue and navy bedrooms. All four bedrooms have bathrooms; two overlook the sea. Outside are generous terraces, a rooftop hot tub, outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining for ten; indoors, smart TVs, sound system and gym equipment.
Less than a mile from Maiori’s restaurants, bars, ninth-century castle and the region’s longest sandy beach, the villa offers a quieter coastal base. Nearby Grotta Suffregna has a sulphurous hot spring inside a cave, accessible by boat. Amalfi is 7km away, Ravello 11km and Positano 25km; ferries from Maiori reach Positano and Capri.

Extra notes
Approximately 40 steps connect the villa directly to the beach. A small beach bar serves drinks and lunchtime sandwiches and stays open until 7pm.
The beach is public and can be busy, especially at weekends and during August. It is generally less crowded because there is no nearby parking and access is restricted to steep stairs on one side of the bay.
One private parking space accommodates a vehicle up to 4.4m long. Street parking is unavailable along this section of the Strada Statale Amalfitana.
A neighbouring home stands immediately beside the villa. Only the parking area and the staircase between it and the houses are shared; every other facility is private.
Access from the main road requires descending approximately 200 steps. Luggage porter service is included at check-in and check-out.
Children under five cannot stay because of the villa’s terraced layout. Please advise in advance if children will be travelling, as their stay requires the owner’s approval.
All catering must be supplied by the villa’s management and in-house team. External chefs and third-party caterers are not allowed. A private chef and cooking classes can be arranged on request at additional cost.
Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, at approximately €2 per person per night.
Heating the rooftop tub costs €90–€115 per day, depending on the season, with a minimum of 5 consecutive days.
Additional housekeeping is available at €150 per session.
