Deià’s traditions and scenery have attracted pilgrims, poets and musicians for centuries. Within this UNESCO World Heritage setting, Casa Deia combines antique doors, reclaimed tiles and a solid-stone bathtub with deliberately weathered interiors. Its elevated terraces overlook the sea, Tramuntana mountains and Hotel Belmond La Residencia gardens; the lower courtyard offers seating, loungers and a small infinity pool. Bars, restaurants and boutiques are walkable. Sa Fonda has Saturday live music; cafe de Moniö serves vegetarian food. Cala de Deià and Ca's Patró March are walkable or ten minutes’ drive away. A three-hour coastal walk reaches Port de Sóller. Son Marroig’s sunsets are ten minutes away by car.

Two hours of housekeeping are provided mid-week.

The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating usage may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The gardens include a sun terrace, a 9m infinity pool and a seating area.
The main bedroom occupies the ground floor and has a four-poster king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The top floor has a generous living space and an open-plan kitchen, with access to a rooftop terrace offering a dining table and sea and mountain views.
Guests travelling with children under five cannot book this villa.
Air-conditioning will be fitted this winter and will be available for all future bookings from 2027.

Extra notes

Extra housekeeping can be arranged on request for an additional charge. Tourist tax is payable locally to a villa staff member on arrival. For guests aged 16 and over, the May–October rate is EUR 2 per person per night for nights one to nine, then EUR 1 per person for each additional night. VAT of 10 per cent applies. A 50 per cent reduction applies from November to April. The house provides parking for one car. Air-conditioning will be installed this winter and available for all future bookings from 2027. Despite having four bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, the villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. For larger groups, please contact your Villa Specialist. Children under five are not permitted. Short stays require a minimum of five nights, with flexible changeover days in January, February, March, November and December, excluding Christmas.
