Built in 1908 as a holiday home, this listed Algarve landmark remained family-owned for 80 years and was renovated in 2022. Chandeliers, Nero Portoro bathrooms and Patricia Urquiola’s crinoline-inspired peacock chair shape the interiors. Upstairs, white curtains frame a lounge beside two spacious ensuite suites with freestanding baths. A separate guest house has a private terrace; the beach-facing sundeck, heated pool, Scandinavian-style sauna and treatment room offer shared spaces. Steps descend to kilometre-long Praia de Armação de Pêra. Portugal’s southernmost region offers sandstone cliffs, restaurants, golf, sailing, hiking, boutiques and galleries, with Albufeira’s Old Town and Benagil’s caves nearby. Faro airport is under an hour’s drive.

American breakfast is set up daily.

Complimentary access to Vila Vita Parc Resort facilities covers pools and the Health Club, restaurants, bars, sports facilities and Spa by Sisley Paris, subject to availability and extra charge. Kids Club facilities are neither accessible nor included.
Standard rental inclusions comprise water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating where available at the villa, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating may be subject to a weekly usage allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area opening onto the terrace, and a second living room.
The first floor has two suites with super king-size beds that can be arranged as twins, ensuite bathrooms with freestanding bathtubs, and walk-in closets, alongside a living room with its own terrace.
A concealed door provides access to an additional rooftop terrace.
The guest house includes one duplex suite: a super king-size bed convertible to twins, ensuite bathroom and terrace on the first floor, with a living room on the ground floor.
Also on the ground floor is a separate studio with a king-size or twin bed arrangement, a living room and an ensuite bathroom.
Outside are an 8m heated swimming pool, a wellness area with a treatment room and sauna, and seating and dining areas.

Additional services can be arranged, including pre-arrival villa provisioning, extra bedding, chef service, car hire, golf green fees and yacht excursions. Booking requires a non-refundable payment of 50% of the rental total. A EUR 2,500 security deposit applies. It protects the owners against the cost of damage or loss caused deliberately or accidentally by members of the party during the stay. Short stays are possible with a minimum of 3 nights. During peak season, the minimum stay is 5 nights.
