Restored with its traditional character intact, Cielo de Soller retains flagstone floors, exposed beams, antique furniture, handmade headboards and muslin-draped four-posters in many bedrooms. Palms and fruiting citrus trees frame a curved, 16-metre pool inspired by César Manrique, a bougainvillea-covered bar and converted wellness outbuildings. Plaza de la Constitución and its restaurants are ten minutes away on foot. The historic tram reaches Port de Sóller’s beach, promenade, boat charters and seafood restaurants, including Es Fanals, Sa Barca and Ses Olivares. The surrounding Tramuntana mountains offer panoramic reservoir views at Mirador Embassament de Cúber; Palma is just over half an hour’s drive away.

Inclusions

A villa manager is available to welcome arrivals and assist guests.
Breakfast is provided six days a week as a self-service buffet, with a Jura Superautomatic coffee machine available. Groceries are included.
The pool bar refrigerators contain soft drinks and water. Other drinks can be prepared at an additional charge if requested ahead of time.
Housekeeping for communal areas is provided for six hours a day, six days a week.
Bed linen and pool towels are replaced midway through the week.
Toiletries are supplied at no additional charge.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival, weekly linen and towel changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may have a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The main house has a fully equipped professional kitchen on the ground floor. The intermediate floor contains open-plan living areas, an indoor dining space and a domestic kitchen.
A private lift connects the upper floors.
On the first floor, one bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a queen-size bed.
The second floor contains four ensuite bedrooms: one with twin beds and three with queen-size beds. One bedroom can accommodate an additional sofa bed.
Two ensuite bedrooms occupy the third floor. One has twin beds, which can be arranged as a king-size bed, and/or an additional sofa bed on request; the other has a queen-size bed.
The guest house nearest the main house contains two connecting rooms: one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds that can be configured as a king-size bed on request.
The other four bedrooms are distributed across three separate guest houses, each with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The grounds include a 16-metre pool with a bar alongside, a dining pavilion with a barbecue, a gym, a massage room and seating areas throughout the extensive outdoor space.

Extra notes

Tourism tax is excluded from the rental price and payable locally: €4.40 per person per night for the first eight nights, then €2.20 per person per night from the ninth night onwards. Online prices cover the maximum occupancy of 26 guests across 13 bedrooms. Reduced-occupancy rates are available on request, with a minimum booking of seven bedrooms for up to 14 guests. Seven-bedroom bookings are allocated bedrooms 1–7; for larger groups, additional bedrooms are assigned in the sequence shown on the website. Contact your Villa Specialist for further information. Parties and events are prohibited, as is loud music after 11pm. Visitors invited for lunch or dinner require advance notice and the property owner’s approval, with no more than 30 guests in total. Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm. Arrivals after 9pm may incur an additional fee; contact your Villa Specialist. Check-out must take place before 11am. Dogs are permitted with prior notice. All other pets are prohibited. Short stays of at least four nights can be arranged on request. The changeover day is flexible.
