The details

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen leads to a private terrace; there is also a living room with a wood-burning stove, a TV room and an office area.
The principal bedroom occupies the first floor and has a king-size bed convertible to twin beds, an ensuite shower room and balcony access.
Two further double bedrooms are on the first floor. One has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and balcony access. The other is a family suite with a king-size bed convertible to twins, a separate bunk-bed room and a shower room.
The lower ground floor contains four bedrooms, including a second principal bedroom with a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower, and direct garden access.
One bedroom has a single bed and an ensuite; another has twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and access to two other bedrooms. A further bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite shower room and garden access; a bed can be added here for up to two children.

For parties of more than 8 guests, additional housekeeping is recommended and can be arranged for €40 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours. Helicopter transfers to and from the villa can be arranged on request. Bedroom 5 can connect to bedroom 6 to form a family suite or a bedroom with an adjoining sitting room. Bedrooms 6 and 8 are interior rooms without windows. Short stays may be arranged on request; minimum stays of 3 or 4 nights are considered depending on circumstances.
