Built for family holidays, La Luna Rey occupies historic farmland beside Alcúdia’s protected wetlands, with complete privacy. Jute rugs, an orange sofa and local Piedra de Binissalem marble reflect Mallorca. Three ground-floor bedrooms open towards the pool or garden; upstairs, another has a private terrace. A separate casita accommodates couples, children or staff. The garden combines a hammock, fruit trees and fragrant planting. Outdoor dining and a traditional wood-fired grill overlook Cap de Formentor, Serra de Tramuntana and Pollença’s golf course. Flamingos, falcons, cranes, purple herons and ospreys inhabit the wetlands; north-coast beaches, including Alcúdia’s white sands and sunbeds, are 15 minutes away by car.

A villa manager is available to welcome arrivals and assist guests.
Housekeeping is provided for three hours per visit, four times weekly, Monday through Thursday.
The water dispenser includes 3 gallons of complimentary water per week. Self-service refills are available locally at EUR 15 per refill, payable locally.
Organic Mediterranean Skincare toiletries are provided complimentary.
The rental includes water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; bed linen and towels on arrival, changed weekly for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The main house’s ground floor contains a living room, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioned gym, one queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and two king-size bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The first-floor bedroom has a super king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace looking across the countryside towards Pollença bay.
The simply designed guest casita stands 250m back from the main house and contains one king-size bedroom, a small shower room and a kitchenette.
The garden includes a large saltwater pool, a hot tub shaded by palms, a patio with a spacious dining area and a separate barbecue patio.
During peak season, fire risks may result in a strict ban on using the wood-fired barbecue.

For a potentially lower rate using only the main house, with four bedrooms for up to eight guests, please contact your villa specialist. Discounts are available for stays of two weeks or longer; please enquire for details. Stays of four weeks or longer require a 50 per cent deposit. Barbecue use may be restricted during peak season because of wildfire risk. Air conditioning is partial, covering the main-house bedrooms, the guest-house bedroom and the additional living room. A friendly cat, familiar to the local team, regularly visits the grounds. It stays outdoors and does not usually enter the villa. The property is particularly well positioned for cycling and has good facilities for bicycle storage and servicing.
