Carefully restored, this spacious 16th-century Provençal home comprises a main house and annex. Original stonework, beams and terracotta floors meet minimalist interiors in cream and sage, with linen curtains and rattan rugs. Countryside-facing windows admit abundant light; stone walls help moderate summer temperatures. Lavender scents the surroundings, with forest, meadow and garden views. Villes-sur-Auzon, three minutes’ drive away, offers groceries, boulangeries and restaurants beneath Mont Ventoux’s cycling and hiking trails. Mazan has larger shops and supermarkets. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue’s canals and antique markets, and Gordes’ châteaux and lavender fields, are under 30 minutes away by car. Avignon, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille are accessible for day trips.

The details

The ground floor has one ensuite bedroom with a queen-size bed; the first floor has four ensuite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed.
The separate annex contains the sixth ensuite bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed, and a terrace overlooking the garden.
Five ensuite bedrooms, including the annex bedroom, have showers. One main-house bedroom also has a freestanding bath.
The kitchen, arranged around the room’s perimeter, opens into the dining room. A large living room has a smart TV, and there is a separate cinema room.
On the ground floor, the gym provides exercise equipment and free weights. There is also a separate infrared sauna and a massage room.
