Inclusions

A villa manager is available to welcome guests on arrival and provide assistance during the stay.
The welcome hamper contains one magnum of local rosé and two bottles of local rosé.
Continental breakfast is delivered; the groceries are payable locally.
Daily housekeeping is provided for 2 hours per day, with light cleaning of communal areas on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. All bedrooms receive a thorough clean on Wednesday.
L'Occitane luxury toiletries are provided free of charge.
Pool heating is included from April to October, up to a maximum temperature of 24 degrees, subject to weather conditions.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating where available at the villa, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays longer than 7 nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The ground floor has three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. One includes a roll-top bathtub, while another opens directly onto the terrace.
An open-plan ground-floor space combines the kitchen, living and dining areas, with a breakfast bar, a dining table for 12 and a fireplace.
A separate television room has a fireplace; there is also an office area.
The lower floor contains three ensuite bedrooms: two with king-size beds and one with twin beds. Two of the bathrooms have bathtubs.

The villa has no conventional air-conditioning. An advanced underfloor cooling system maintains a consistently comfortable indoor temperature, and Dyson fans are provided in the bedrooms for additional comfort. Bonnieux village has a tennis court and a padel court. A local tax of EUR 2.50 per person per night is payable with the balance payment.
