South of Avignon, ten minutes’ drive from Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Mas Emilie stands among over 1,000 olive trees. Its traditional mas layout places living spaces towards the south, with a generous kitchen opening onto the terrace, garden and grove. Six upstairs bedrooms comprise four doubles and two twins; several offer glimpses of the Alpilles and, in clear weather, Mont Ventoux. Original features, substantial beams and three downstairs fireplaces define the interiors. Cypress and oak trees screen a garden with a 13.5-metre pool, pool house, barbecue and volleyball/badminton net. A shaded table overlooking the olives seats 12 and receives the evening sun.

The lower floor contains one open-plan kitchen and dining area, one back kitchen, a bright living room, an office/library with a dedicated workspace, and a TV room.
All six bedrooms occupy the first floor, have air-conditioning, and are arranged across the east and west wings.
The west wing’s principal bedroom has a king-size double bed, garden views and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate WC.
One bedroom beneath the eaves has twin beds convertible to a king-size double, a separate bathroom with a double vanity and bath, and a separate WC. Two additional garden-facing bedrooms, one with a queen-size double and one with twin beds, share a bathroom with a single vanity, shower and WC.
The east wing contains one double bedroom with a separate bathroom featuring a double vanity, plus a separate WC, and one queen-size double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath, shower and WC.
Outside, a large stone dining table sits in shade, while the south-facing patios around the house provide ample outdoor seating.

Extra notes

Air-conditioning is partial and confined to the bedrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are particularly suitable for children or teenagers. Extra housekeeping can be arranged at EUR 35 per hour, subject to availability. A gardener lives discreetly on the grounds, in a separate area of the property with a private entrance. In April, pool heating can be requested at an additional charge, subject to weather conditions.
