On Mallorca’s southeast coast, Pedra d'Or occupies a residential headland beside a 17th-century watchtower and lighthouse. Palm gardens surround this traditional villa, whose stone interiors have broad windows, vaulted ceilings and a large stone bathtub. Three bedrooms occupy the main house; two offer privacy in an annexe.
The pool overlooks Portopetro Bay’s fishing boats and yachts. A private path and rockside ladder reach the sea; water shoes are recommended. Caló de sa Torre is a minute’s walk away, with further coves, marinas, Portopetro shops and restaurants walkable. Cala d'Or, with restaurants, beach, marina and boat trips, is 15 minutes’ drive; Palma is around an hour.

Inclusions
- July and August housekeeping: three visits per week, lasting three hours each, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Housekeeping for the remainder of the year: one three-hour visit per week, on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Tourist tax is included.
- Toiletries are provided free of charge.
- Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to weekly usage allowances where specified in the extra notes.

- The main house’s ground floor contains a living space with a fireplace and TV, a sea-facing sitting area, a dining table for up to 10 and a simple, traditional kitchen.
- Large glazed French doors connect the ground floor to a dining terrace seating up to 12, equipped with a Weber barbecue.
- The main house’s basement contains a TV room, a games room with billiards and table football, and a laundry room.
- The first floor has three en-suite bedrooms: two with king-size beds and sea views, and one with a double or twin arrangement and garden views.
- The separate annexe contains a small sitting room and two bedrooms, each with a separate shower room; one has a king-size bed and the other has twin beds.
- The garden includes a lawn, a 16m pool, a sun terrace and a path leading directly to the sea. Buoy mooring for small boats in the bay is available on request.
