Sa Punta de S'Aguila means “eagle’s point”: Balearic Sea views reach most of this converted farmstead. Beams, flagstone floors and Mallorcan-made furniture define its interiors. Olive groves and Mediterranean pines surround the estate, shared with five-star Son Bunyola, Sa Terra Rotja and Son Balagueret. Hotel spa treatments use island-grown ingredients. In the rural Tramuntana mountains, the estate offers walks, tennis and a sunset viewpoint, with unspoilt coves nearby. Its rocky beach is about 20 minutes’ walk through olive trees. Banyalbufar’s restaurants and shops are 12 minutes’ drive away; Valldemossa is 25 minutes, Deia 40, and Palma’s centre and airport 40.

The details

The ground floor comprises a sitting room with a fireplace, a separate television area, a fully fitted kitchen and a dining space opening onto the terrace. The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath and its own terrace.
On the lower ground floor, four bedrooms each have a king-size bed, an ensuite shower room and a private terrace; one bedroom can be arranged with twin beds. There is also a separate guest bathroom.
The grounds contain a 15m heated pool, a pool bar, a terrace with loungers, two barbecues and landscaped gardens. Across the estate are a tennis court shared with the two sister properties, a viewing point, walking trails and Son Bunyola hotel, to which guests have full access.

Extra notes

The Balearic tourist tax is EUR 4.00 per night for each guest over 16 and is added to the departure bill. The amount may change without prior notice. Air-conditioning covers only part of the villa. The living room has ceiling fans rather than air-conditioning. Telephone, photocopying and email facilities can be arranged on request at an additional charge. Mobile reception on the estate may be limited, and Wi-Fi download speeds can fluctuate because of the mountain setting. Additional services can be requested, including private-chef dining in the villa, which must be booked ahead, and a shopping service requiring 24 hours’ notice. The villa is immediately beside Bunyola hotel. The hotel is visible on the approach, but neither the living spaces nor the terraces are overlooked by it. Guests have full access to Son Bunyola hotel facilities unless the hotel is reserved for exclusive use. The tennis court is shared with the two sister properties and the hotel. Reserve your preferred playing times in advance. The minimum stay is four nights throughout the year, with flexible changeover days.
