Trullo des Femmes brings together 15 centuries-old, farmer-built trulli near Cisternino. Thick stone walls and arches frame white, tropical-modernist interiors with greenery, pale wood and Italian ceramics, including Grottaglie pottery. Five bedrooms occupy the main house; a sixth sits in the pool annexe. Outside, cacti surround the pool, with sculptural loungers, shaded daybeds and hammocks among olive trees. Guests can harvest organic vegetables and herbs, practise yoga on the former threshing floor, or use the outdoor gym, padel court and table tennis. Solar power and water-saving measures support sustainability; nearby excursions include Lecce, Locorotondo, Carovigno and a Martina Franca–Alberobello hike.

Extra notes

To maintain the property's standards, smooth operation and atmosphere, outside staff may enter or work in the villas only after prior review and explicit approval by the property team. In principle, consideration is limited to staff who accompany the guests on an ongoing basis, such as a nanny or permanent family chef, and sufficient advance notice is required. Requests for outside staff or suppliers are assessed individually. If exceptional approval is granted, a charge of EUR 150 per day applies for use of the spaces, utilities and consumption, together with any additional cleaning, set-up or staff time required. A separate agreement governing use of the villa's spaces and equipment may also be required where applicable. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, at approximately €1.50 per person per night.
