The main villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seating 12, a living room opening onto the garden and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The annexe contains two connecting bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom can be reached either through the other bedroom or directly from outdoors.
The second annexe contains one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
The trullo contains one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Outdoor facilities include a 15m pool, living area, kitchen, barbecue, table tennis and table football. The roof terrace has a hot tub and firepit.
Housekeeping takes place on weekdays, pool maintenance on Tuesdays and gardening on Saturdays.

Extra notes

Occupancy is limited to 12 guests, including children. For privacy and security, entry is reserved for registered guests. Visitors are not allowed, including for short visits or meals. Only vendors and service providers approved in advance by the owner may access the villa. Cooking classes require an express approval following a request. Catering is exclusively handled by the villa management and in-house team; external chefs and third-party catering providers are prohibited. Pool maintenance takes place every Tuesday at approximately 6:00 AM, with the technician working discreetly to keep disturbance to a minimum. The gardener maintains the grounds every Saturday at 8:00 AM. For safety, electric vehicles must not be charged through the villa’s electrical system. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the villa. Cots and highchairs are available on request, with a maximum of 2 items. The charge for 1 cot and 1 highchair is €100. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, at approximately €2 per person per night.
