Designed by Carlos Ferrater around the millennium, Villa Aurea was renovated in 2024 with Mallorcan tufa, serpentine marble, restored terrazzo and iroko. Two double bedrooms occupy the house; four independently accessed bungalows offer privacy. All have ensuite bathrooms, private balconies and sea views. Interiors include underfloor heating, air-conditioning and fitness facilities. Across 25 acres, pines, rosemary, mastic and sabina surround a terrace, pool, outdoor cooking facilities, cinema, playground and courts. A private woodland path reaches a beach, with shallow-water access to clothing-optional Aigües Blanques. Santa Eulalia is ten minutes’ drive; Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera and San Miguel are under thirty minutes away, with Las Dalias nearby.

The details

The main house contains a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar and two bedrooms.
Both bedrooms have king-size beds that can each be arranged as twins. One includes an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and a private sea-view terrace; the other has a separate shower room and is particularly suited to children.
Each of the four outdoor bungalows has an independent entrance, a queen-size bed, a private shower room and terrace access.
Outdoor facilities include a dining area, swimming pool, artificial beach with seating, bar, pétanque court, sea-facing yoga deck, playground, beach volleyball court, fitness area and a bungalow for on-site staff.
A private footpath provides access to a small beach.

Extra notes

A local tourism tax of EUR 2.20 per person per day is payable locally on arrival at the villa. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. A EUR 15,000 security deposit is taken in advance by credit-card pre-authorisation to cover damage caused intentionally or accidentally by members of the party during the stay. Following inspection on departure day, the deposit is returned within two weeks. Short stays and flexible changeover days are available. The minimum stay is four nights from October through May, and five nights in June and September. In July and August, a seven-night minimum applies, with Saturday changeovers. For security, a GPS alarm system has motion sensors on every door. It can be activated or deactivated using a touchscreen.
