This 600sqm hillside estate began as a 19th-century farmhouse. French artist Guy de Rougemont took over in the Nineties, creating its living-room floor, illuminated by summer light. Works by The Connor Brothers and Keith Haring furnish the finca; Gucci has photographed campaigns here. Two resident housekeepers support stays amid leafy gardens with organic produce for guests. A library, saltwater pool, sauna and cold plunge complement generous gathering spaces. Ibiza Town is ten minutes away; the airport and Cala Jondal beach, with its namesake seafood restaurant led by former El Bulli chef Rafael Zafra, are fifteen. Can Ros butcher is closer; vintage Land Rover airport transfers are available.

A villa manager is available to welcome arrivals and assist guests.
Continental breakfast is included.
Daily housekeeping is provided by two English-speaking housekeepers who live on site. They are available for 40 hours per week, from Monday until midday Saturday, for housekeeping, laundry, ironing and other tasks.
Bed linen is replaced every two days, and towels are replaced daily.
Arrival and departure transfers are complimentary in a vintage Land Rover Defender or, alternatively, a more comfortable Vogue. A conventional vehicle can be arranged instead for an additional charge.
An overnight security guard is included from 10pm to 6am in June, July and August only.
Toiletries are provided at no charge.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available; an initial set of bed linen and towels, with weekly replacements for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, weekly electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be capped where specified in the extra notes.

The children’s bedroom has two single beds that can be joined as a king-size double, an en-suite bathroom and terrace access.
Two double bedrooms occupy separate casitas, each with an en-suite bathroom; one can be arranged with twin beds.
The freestanding tree-house contains a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and garden views.
The grounds include an outdoor dining area, a 20m pool, tennis court, yoga deck, gym, sauna and indoor plunge pool.

A shopping service can be requested at EUR 25 per hour. Nanny services are available on request for an additional charge. Services are carried out by the housekeepers, who live in a separate building within the grounds. The property has numerous changes of level and stairs. Children must be supervised at all times. The final few metres of the approach follow an uneven dirt track. The property is not recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance.
