Award-winning architect Jano Blanco designed this low-profile, minimalist villa behind Sant Josep de sa Talaia. Pines offer privacy and shade; broad glass doors open uninterrupted views from the living space and two bedrooms. The panoramic terrace has sunbeds, lounging areas and sunset views, alongside a 20m pool. A fitness space includes a sauna. Walk to Sant Josep de sa Talaia, also called San José, for supplies. Cala Comte, Cala d’Hort and Cala Vedella offer clear water and white sand, 15 minutes’ drive away, with bars nearby. Trails ascend Sa Talaia for island views. Old Town is 30 minutes away; the airport takes 15 minutes by car.

Pool heating and sauna use are included in March, April, October and November, with a minimum stay of seven nights. Pool water is maintained at approximately 26°C.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating where available, an initial set of bed linen and towels with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two outdoor living and dining areas.
All villa interiors occupy one floor; the pool is on a lower level reached by six steps.
Four hours of maid service are provided Monday to Saturday, including two hours for breakfast preparation.
Pool heating and sauna use are complimentary in April, May, October and November.
Each of the five bedrooms has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace.

Extra notes

Pool heating and sauna use can be arranged on request for EUR 1,000 per week in December, January, February, May, June, July, August and September. Additional cleaning and laundry services may be requested from the housekeeper at EUR 20 per hour. Services including a night guard or breakfast preparation are available at additional cost. Please contact your Villa Specialist. Booking requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%. A EUR 5,000 security deposit is payable with the rental balance. It covers the owners against the cost of deliberate or accidental damage caused by members of your party during the stay. The deposit is refunded following inspection on the day of departure.
