Generous living spaces combine white walls, vivid upholstery, colourful bathroom tiles, original paintings and a hallway sculpture of dining plates. Furnishings are predominantly Roche Bobois indoors and Vondom outdoors. The bay-facing terrace opens onto an infinity-style pool and Jacuzzi. Rear dining and barbecue spaces lead to flat, child-friendly gardens with palms, citrus, fig, pomegranate, apple, pear and plum trees, tomatoes, peppers, mint and basil. Playa Sa Marina is nearby; wear sea shoes on the rocky waterfront. Port d'Alcúdia Beach offers watersports ten minutes away by car; Palma de Mallorca and its airport are forty minutes away.

The details

Five double bedrooms occupy two floors, complemented by a pool area, dining spaces at both the front and rear, and extensive gardens.
The principal bedroom is on the first floor, with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom containing a freestanding bathtub and shower, and access to a large sea-view balcony.
Three further bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom and a king-size bed convertible into twin beds; two also have sea views and balcony access.
The fifth bedroom is on the ground floor and contains a double sofa bed and an en suite shower bathroom.
This room can instead serve as a fitness area, equipped with yoga mats, weights and an Eisenhorn multi-gym.
The ground floor also contains a kitchen, a living room with a smart TV and sound system, and an indoor dining area seating eight.
A rooftop terrace provides space for private sunbathing, drinks before dinner and watching the stars.

Extra housekeeping can be arranged at an additional charge when requested in advance. Subject to occupancy, the fifth bedroom, furnished with a double sofa bed, may be used for reading, yoga and exercise. Arrival and departure changeover days may be flexible outside peak season. Please enquire for further information. The villa stands directly beside a bay and near a protected conservation area. Natural coastal or seaweed smells may occasionally be noticeable indoors, especially following strong winds or when winds blow towards land. This is a natural feature of the setting, rather than an issue related to the villa.
