Villa Chloe’s white kitchen and living room have tall windows overlooking Corfu’s eastern shoreline. Four bright bedrooms have ensuites; one opens onto a private roof terrace with sea views. The two-level garden places barbecue, dining and lounging areas beside the house. Twelve steps descend to the private pool, table tennis, sunbeds and a corner coffee table, with quiet sea swimming nearby. Kassiopi offers tavernas, leatherwork and embroidered linens, alongside sand-and-shingle Kalamionas beach. Coastal coves and waterside tavernas are best reached by boat. Restored Old Perithia, Corfu’s oldest village, abandoned in the 1960s, is 30 minutes’ drive away; Corfu Town is just over an hour away.

On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, plus a living room with a television and fireplace.
The ground floor has one ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, convertible to twin beds on request.
The first floor contains the main bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuite and private sea-view terrace; another king-size bedroom with an ensuite; and a TV room with a single sofa bed.
On the second floor, the attic bedroom has a king-size bed, convertible to twin beds on request, an ensuite and a double sofa bed.
Outdoor facilities include table tennis, a pool and a pergola-covered dining table beside a barbecue and drinks fridge.
From the pool terrace, steps descend towards a small jetty that provides access to the sea for swimming.

Pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional EUR 400 per week. Local regulations require a Climate Crisis Resilience Levy of EUR 105 per week. This mandatory charge must be paid locally, in local currency, before checkout. A neighbouring property is attached to the rear of the villa. The villa’s independence and privacy remain unaffected.
