With terracotta walls and relaxed spaces for children and adults, Soukia Cove suits two or three families or 18 friends. Its triple-aspect sitting room has books, CDs and comfortable seating, complemented by outdoor sofas. The bright, extensively equipped kitchen overlooks the infinity pool; all nine bedrooms have king-size beds, ensuites and terrace access.
Kassiopi’s restaurants, shops and sand-and-shingle Kalamionas beach are a 20-minute walk away. Boats offer access to northeast Corfu’s quiet coves and waterfront tavernas. Restored Old Perithia, the island’s oldest village, abandoned in the 1960s, is 30 minutes away by car; Corfu Town is just over an hour away.

- Pool and bath towels are replaced daily except Sundays; bed linen is changed twice a week.
- Toiletries are provided at no additional charge.
- Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; an initial supply of bed linen and towels, with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; departure cleaning; and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating are subject to weekly usage allowances where specified in the extra notes.

- The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen and living room, each opening onto a terrace, alongside an office area and laundry room.
- Three ground-floor bedrooms each have a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and terrace access; one bathroom includes a bathtub.
- The first-floor principal bedroom has a super king-size bed, an ensuite with a bathtub and walk-in shower, a dressing room and a private sea-view terrace.
- The guest house at pool level has two king-size bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, entered directly from the pool terrace.
- The lower-level guest house contains two externally accessed twin bedrooms, each with an ensuite. One has 140cm twin beds; the other can be arranged with a king-size bed.
- A separate bedroom below the pool has twin beds convertible to a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a hammam-style shower.
- The covered outdoor kitchen includes a wood-burning pizza oven, gas barbecue, fridge and a dining table seating up to 16. Several additional outdoor dining and living spaces are available.

A dedicated path through the villa grounds leads to the jetty. Jetty access is shared with the three neighbouring properties, with sufficient mooring space for one large leisure vessel per villa.
