Designed by a Norman Foster-trained architect, Pearla Mabe combines Venetian and Corfiot influences above the sea. Arrivals cross wooded grounds or use a shared jetty. Contemporary and classic interiors include dining for 14, a columned courtyard and a principal bedroom opening onto a hot-tub terrace, with space for multigenerational stays. An infinity pool, separate children’s saltwater pool, equipped pool house, cinema, boules court and billiards provide recreation. Garden steps reach the pebble beach shared with Pearla Akoya; paths cross tranquil grounds. Kassiopi is 15 minutes’ walk away, restored Old Perithia 30 minutes’ drive, and Corfu Town just over an hour.

A chef and chef’s assistant are included in July and August only, six days a week, preparing two meals daily: breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef handles all cooking, food and drink shopping within a budget if required, serving, clearing up and barbecues as needed. The assistant helps prepare food, sets and clears tables, and assists with serving if required. Outside July and August, a cook can be arranged on request, subject to availability and at extra cost.
Outside July and August, breakfast service is included: the housekeeper collects fresh bread from the village and sets the breakfast table. Groceries are payable locally.
Housekeeping is provided for three hours per day, six days a week.
Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.
Laundry service is included.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating where available, an initial set of bed linen and towels with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. The details

The ground floor contains a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace and seating for 14 at the dining table, a fully equipped kitchen opening to a covered outdoor dining area seating up to 20, and a study.
Bedrooms arranged around the courtyard include the principal room with a king-size bed, an ensuite with a corner whirlpool bath and walk-in shower, a mezzanine study, and direct access to a terrace with an outdoor hot tub for nine. The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite.
The lower ground floor contains a TV room, gym, laundry room and five bedrooms. Three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and open onto a covered terrace. The other two share a bathroom and can alternatively form one suite with a dressing room and private terrace.
Outdoor facilities include a 20m saltwater infinity pool, a fully equipped pool house with a sound system and fireplace, a children’s pool, and access to a small shared private pebble beach with a jetty.
In July and August, a chef and assistant prepare two meals a day, six days a week, as part of the rental. Breakfast service is included outside these months.
Concierge, laundry and daily housekeeping services are available.
Pearla Mabe can be rented together with its sister property, Pearla Akoya, which accommodates six.

Extra notes

A 40% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Events and weddings are permitted, subject to a surcharge. Security CCTV operates at the property and can be switched off on request. The hillside grounds include slopes and steps between different areas. Guests with mobility difficulties and families with small children should enquire about suitability before booking. Bookings generally run from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may apply, especially towards the end of the season, when arrival and departure dates may be more flexible.
