Villa Paralia opens through its private garden onto Lefkimmi bay’s beach, within a preserved olive grove. Stone basins and substantial timber tables define the interiors. Two ground-floor bedrooms face the sea; the upstairs main bedroom has sea views. Outside are partly submerged loungers, infinity and plunge pools, a barbecue and outdoor dining. The beach is not private; a gazebo, hammocks and loungers provide shade and seating.
Lefkimmi is ten minutes away by car; Marathias, Notos and Kavos beaches are within twenty minutes. Corfu Town’s UNESCO-listed Old Town is just over an hour away. Two neighbouring estate villas can be rented together; two captained boats are bookable ahead.

Inclusions
- Villa management and guest experience services include assistance with restaurant reservations, sightseeing recommendations and arranging bespoke experiences, such as beach barbecues or boat outings with a picnic on a secluded beach.
- Captained boat excursions or transfers are included on request twice per stay. The estate has two boats accommodating seven and eight guests respectively. Fuel costs extra; outings depend on the weather, and availability is shared by three villas. Advance booking is recommended.
- Housekeeping is provided for up to two hours daily, six days a week, Monday through Saturday.
- Pool and beach towels are replaced daily, bath towels every second day unless otherwise requested, and bed linen twice a week.
- Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are provided.
- Pre-arrival grocery shopping is complimentary as a service; groceries are payable locally.
- Standard rental inclusions comprise water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning/heating where available, initial bed linen and towels with weekly replacement for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, departure cleaning, and garden and pool upkeep. At some properties, weekly electricity, air-conditioning and heating allowances may apply where specified in the extra notes.
The details
- The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, living room, a dining table for 12 and five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each opening either to the rear garden or the front terrace.
- On the first floor, the main bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, dressing area and sea-view balcony.
- Available from 2027, an independent bungalow of approximately 40 square metres stands between the villa and beach, to the right of the pool. Arranged as a junior suite, it has a king-size bed convertible into twins, a spacious bathroom with two basins, shower and separate WC, and a private terrace facing the beach.
- Outdoor facilities include a 16-metre infinity pool, a four-metre plunge pool with heating at extra cost, a covered dining area and a barbecue.
- The sandy beach is directly accessible and has a gazebo, hammock, parasols and sunbeds.
- Concierge assistance and the estate’s boat are available for excursions and transfers; fuel is charged separately.
- Daily housekeeping is included. Paddle boards and canoes can be organised at additional cost.
- A complimentary grocery-shopping service can be arranged before arrival; the groceries themselves are payable locally.

Extra notes
The seventh bedroom becomes available in 2027 and cannot be used for stays in 2026. All 2026 bookings therefore have a maximum of six bedrooms available.
Greek law requires a Governmental Climate Resilience Fee of EUR 15 per night for every stay. Supporting national environmental and infrastructure sustainability initiatives, this fee must be paid in cash at check-in.
Plunge-pool heating is available on request for EUR 400 per week.
Paddle boards, canoes and pool pads are available on request at additional cost. Table tennis is available on request without charge.
A cigar box / humidor can be supplied on request at extra cost.
Two other villas share the estate, approximately 150 metres behind Villa Paralia. Larger groups may rent the villas together, subject to availability.
