Villa Ionia centres life outdoors: a shaded pergola for dining, sea-facing sofas, poolside loungers and daybeds, a Mediterranean garden, outdoor bar and barbecue. An open-sided cinema and sunken hot tub extend evenings outside. Indoors, a double-height living room meets a dark-wood kitchen and dining area; seven contemporary bedrooms include carved lighting details and a vine-framed private terrace.
Agios Stefanos Bay’s pebble beach and waterfront tavernas, including Eucalyptus, are five minutes away. Nearby Avlaki suits families, while Kassiopi and Kerasia offer further coastal outings. Inland, Old Sinies is a historic deserted village; Old Perithia is Corfu’s oldest settlement.

- Cook service covers breakfast and one additional meal daily, six days per week, for guests staying until 5 September 2026 and all guests travelling in 2027. Groceries are excluded and payable locally.
- Housekeepers prepare continental breakfast for bookings in September and October 2026. Groceries are excluded and payable locally.
- One arrival airport transfer to the villa and one return airport transfer are included, valid only for remaining availability in 2026.
- Up to three complimentary, pre-arranged transfers daily from the villa to neighbouring Kassiopi, St Stephano, Avlaki and Kerasia, using the villa’s four-person vehicle.
- Housekeeping is provided daily, six days per week, with evening turndown service included.
- Towels and bed linen are changed midweek.
- Laundry service is complimentary for all guests travelling in 2027.
- An electric vehicle charging point is available free of charge.
- Toiletries are complimentary.
- Standard rental inclusions comprise water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available at the villa; an initial set of bed linen and towels, with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance, where specified in the extra notes.
