At the estate’s highest point, Villa Dahlia overlooks the Mediterranean from pine-framed cliffs. Terrace breakfasts, daily housekeeping, afternoon pastries and room service complement access to four restaurants, including Michelin-starred La Voile, serving langoustines and caviar, and a large, technologically advanced spa. St Tropez is 15 minutes away by complimentary shuttle: visit Le Club 55, watch harbour yachts or dance at Les Caves du Roy. On Pampelonne beach, Philippe Stark-designed La Réserve à la Plage is separately payable and booked through the concierge. Alternatively, take a boat to pine-covered Poquereolles. The villa’s open-plan kitchen, dining and living space opens onto a terrace and 10m heated pool.

Guest Experience Services are included, except for bookings from January through April and October through December.
American breakfast is served daily, with the cost of ingredients included.
A daily newspaper is available on request.
Afternoon tea and pastries are served at the villa each day.
On arrival, the minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a selection of wines.
Grocery shopping service is included; groceries are payable locally.
A dedicated housekeeper attends daily for up to 6 hours, serving breakfast, cleaning and handling laundry. Dry cleaning is excluded.
Bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries are provided.
Pool heating is included from April through October, up to a maximum temperature of 29 degrees, subject to weather conditions.
Access to La Reserve’s spa includes the indoor pool, gym, steam bath and outdoor pool. Access is unavailable for bookings from January through April and October through December, and for children under 16.
Transport to and from the beach clubs and St. Tropez is included, except for bookings from January through April and October through December.
VAT is included.
Standard rental inclusions cover water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air-conditioning and heating where available at the villa; bed linen and towels on arrival, with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating usage may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The villa occupies one spacious floor, with terraces on both sides, including one facing the sea.
Each of the five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom; two also have dressing rooms.
The kitchen, living and dining areas share an open-plan layout, with dining tables both indoors and outside.
Included services comprise à la carte American breakfast, daily housekeeping, afternoon pastries, a minibar stocked with selected drinks and wine on arrival, and return transfers to the beach clubs and St Tropez.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, but the villa entrance is reached by an external staircase.
