In Agios Lazaros, Villa Evania sits on a cliff, 15 minutes from Mykonos Town and 10 minutes from Ornos beach by car. Folding doors connect the living room to terraces with dining, a double lounger, swing, hammock and daybed beside the infinity pool. Billiards, pergola-shaded giant chess, an open-sided gym, Argentinian-style barbecue, indoor-outdoor audio and smart TV complete the shared spaces. Four bright bedrooms occupy three main-house levels; three have separate entrances. The main suite’s private terrace includes sunbeds, dining and a hot tub overlooking white houses across the bay. A full-time chef and round-the-clock concierge support the stay.

The ground-floor entrance level contains a living area with a TV and terrace access, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two sea-view bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The main bedroom occupies the upper level, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sea views. Its private terrace has sunbeds, a dining area, a bar and an outdoor hot tub.
The lower level houses a fully equipped gym and one sea-view bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony.
Three independent guest rooms each have a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private entrance. Two bathrooms include bathtubs, and one room also has an office area.
The outdoor spaces include a 15m swimming pool, seating and dining areas, a barbecue and private parking for up to five cars.

The villa has barbecue facilities. Do not use the barbecue in strong winds because of the fire risk. Alternatively, arrange for a professional chef to operate it. Shorter stays starting from three or five nights may be accepted on request throughout the year, excluding July and August. Arrival is possible on any day of the week, with flexible changeover.
