Dining opens towards the pool; kitchen and living spaces connect, keeping late breakfasts, shared cooking and children’s swimming within family life. Pool heating is included in Mid and High season, weather permitting, to a maximum temperature of 29°C.
The rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding 7 nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. Some properties have weekly allowances for electricity, air conditioning and heating where specified in the extra notes.

The details

The ground floor contains a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, an office area and three twin bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a private balcony; a further twin bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
The lower floor houses a games room with table tennis, billiards and table football.
Every twin bedroom can be arranged with a double bed on request. An additional double sofa bed is also available on request.
Two cots and two highchairs can be provided on request.
