Outside Sainte-Maxime, Villa Mia overlooks Saint-Tropez. Four ground-floor bedrooms open onto the garden; the upstairs main bedroom has a private sea-view terrace, and another bedroom occupies an annexe. Provençal boutis quilts, French antiques and pale-blue shutters complement the pool and Mediterranean views. The beach is five minutes away on foot; Sainte-Maxime, a former trading port, is five minutes by car. Saint-Tropez is a 20-minute drive or ferry journey away, with Michelin-starred restaurants and boutiques. Sainte-Maxime’s markets run Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Explore beaches by boat or visit nearby vineyards and châteaux, including Saint-Maur, Pampelonne, Minuty and Léoube.

Pool heating is included from May through October, weather permitting, to a maximum temperature of 25°C. There is no overnight pool cover.
Standard rental inclusions comprise water, gas and electricity; Wi-Fi; air conditioning and heating where available; bed linen and towels on arrival, changed weekly for stays exceeding 7 nights; welcome items; final cleaning; and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating consumption may be subject to a weekly allowance where specified in the extra notes.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area seating 12, a living room with a fireplace and TV, and three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor, a double bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the sea.
A separate annexe contains one bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom facilities and access from outside.
