Created by a hotelier, architect and developer, this contemporary Tuscan villa pairs stone and timber with limited-edition Gil Goren artwork. Seven individually designed suites bear Tuscan town names; expansive windows frame the countryside, while communal interiors open onto panoramic dining terraces. An infinity pool, outdoor sauna, Jacuzzi, equipped gym and hillside workspace support leisurely days. Nearby are Cinigiano’s trattorias, wine bars and workshops, Montalcino’s Brunello wineries, Siena, Saturnia’s thermal springs and Maremma’s beaches, reserves and seafood restaurants. Extra notes

Electricity and air conditioning are included up to 100 kWh per day. The final approximately 1.7 km of the approach follows an unpaved country road, with uneven sections and some steep uphill stretches. Drive slowly. The road is fully accessible by car, although a vehicle with good ground clearance offers greater comfort. Basile organic wine farm occupies a nearby property across the road. Privacy is fully maintained: the farm is visible only briefly on the drive to the villa and from the parking area. The pool, garden and principal views face the valley in the opposite direction. Guests may occasionally see a car travelling to the farm for a wine tasting; the properties are entirely separate and private.
