Set across 30 hectares near Magliano, Tenuta Poggioluce combines Moroccan-inspired interiors by Cabana’s founder with views over hills and coastline. A Moroccan-tiled fireplace, patterned fabrics and internationally collected art define the rooms. Gardens grow ten tomato varieties and seasonal produce; the estate also produces olive oil, honey, Tuscan herbs and jams. Outside are a heated saltwater infinity pool, tennis court and kitchen with wine bar, pizza oven and barbecue. Dining spaces include a treehouse terrace five metres above ground. A gym and spa complement solar energy and water-saving systems. Magliano is three minutes away by car; Rome is 90 minutes and Pisa an hour.

Daily chef and waiter service covers three meals a day for up to eight hours; groceries are payable locally.
Daily housekeeping provides light cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and shared living spaces.
Standard rental inclusions comprise water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air conditioning and heating may have weekly usage allowances where specified in the extra notes.

The details

There are seven double bedrooms in total: five double bedrooms, two rooms configurable as doubles or twins, and a children’s room with two bunk beds accommodating four.
Five bedrooms are en suite; the remaining two share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
The large living room with fireplace connects to a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast room and generous veranda with two seating areas and a dining table for up to 20.
A separate annex is available at an additional charge, with two further bedrooms accommodating up to three guests. It includes a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining space, and a large furnished loggia overlooking the mountains.
The grounds include a heated saltwater infinity pool, tennis court, outdoor kitchen and wine bar, several seating areas and a private treehouse terrace.
The gym contains exercise equipment, a Pilates springboard and weights. The spa includes a sauna, steam room, massage area and changing rooms.
A private helipad and full staffing are provided, including daily cleaning and chef services. Cooking classes, yoga, tennis lessons and spa treatments are optional extras.

The Guesthouse is available to rent on request for an additional charge. Its double and single bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. A kitchenette and small living room are also provided, with glass doors opening onto a quiet, shaded outdoor dining area. Pool heating costs an additional €500 per week. The washing machine and spin dryer are reserved for staff use. Guest laundry service can be arranged on request at an extra charge. The house managers live on the estate and are available to assist guests. Additional cook service costs €20 per hour. Groceries for meals are payable locally.
