Above the sea at Argentario’s tip, Brezza di Mare frames 180-degree views. South Tyrolean floorboards, Amalfi ceramics, blond wood, orange cushions and turquoise or sea-green bathrooms define bright interiors opening onto terraces and balconies. A heated teak pool deck surrounds naturally salt-cleaned water; an Alpine-wood sauna overlooks the landscaped garden, alongside a Turkish bath and sea-facing gym. Shaded garden sofas, secluded corners, a modern stereo and candlelit terrace dinners accompany Tyrrhenian sunsets. A cook prepares three daily meals. Inclusions

Housekeeping is provided for four hours daily, from 8am to 12pm. Staff are off duty on Thursday afternoons and all day Sunday.
Rental includes water, gas and electricity, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating where available, bed linen and towels on arrival with weekly changes for stays exceeding seven nights, welcome items, final cleaning, and garden and pool maintenance. At some properties, electricity, air-conditioning and heating are subject to weekly usage allowances where specified in the extra notes.

Four bedrooms on the first floor share two bathrooms; two of these bedrooms open onto a terrace.

Extra notes

The villa has eight bedrooms, but occupancy is capped at 12 guests. Additional guests require approval upon request. Pool heating is available at an additional charge. Outside chef services are not allowed. A private chef may be arranged on request at €3,000 per week for up to five guests, €4,500 for six to eight guests, or €6,000 for nine to 12 guests. Food and drinks are charged to the client, with a mandatory prepayment of €500 per guest per week at booking. Housekeeping staff do not work on Thursday afternoons or Sundays. Additional hours are available at €20 per hour. Local regulations require city tax to be paid on site in cash, at approximately €2 per person per night.
