Off the Pollença–Alcúdia road, a cypress-lined drive reaches Can Ivy. Marés stone walls enclose an open-plan country kitchen leading to a covered dining terrace; a living-room fireplace offers year-round warmth. Poolside sunbeds, flower-bordered lawns and palms overlook green countryside and rocky peaks. The upstairs main bedroom has a private balustraded balcony. Near Pollença Golf, the finca is under 10 minutes’ drive from Pollença; Port de Pollença’s pine walk is five minutes further. Alcúdia’s white sands are 15 minutes away. All three towns offer restaurants, cafés, shops and family attractions. Tramuntana walking and cycling trails lie 20 minutes west; Palma and its airport are 45 minutes away.

Housekeeping is provided for 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a wood-burning stove and terrace access, and two double bedrooms that can be arranged with twin beds, sharing a shower room and offering garden access.
On the first floor, the main bedroom has a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a separate bathtub, a dressing area and a private balcony terrace.
The grounds include a 10m pool, with a fence available on request; an outdoor dining area with a summer kitchen and gas barbecue; lawns extending around the house; and table tennis.
