- The ground floor is cooled through an underfloor system rather than air-conditioning.
- Three double bedrooms occupy the ground floor, each with a TV and an ensuite shower room. Two open directly onto the garden.
- The first floor has three double bedrooms, all with TVs and ensuite shower rooms. One has twin beds and direct terrace access. Another has a double bed, connects to the nursery with its cot and changing table, and opens directly onto the terrace. The third has a double bed and private access to the roof terrace, where there is a private outdoor bathtub.
- On the second floor, the main bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower, and Luberon views.
- The fully equipped kitchen has seating for eight; the adjoining dining room seats 14.
- There are three living rooms: one with a fireplace, one with a billiards table and one with a bar.
