Formerly the Revestel Hotel, this refurbished, west-facing château retains its historic character above the sea. Winston Churchill repeatedly painted these views. Sunset colours its white walls; after dark, Cassis lights contrast with the park’s protected darkness. Generous interiors include a double-height glazed sitting-room extension; bedrooms occupy the house and annexe. The main suite fills the second floor, with sea views from bed and bath and a south-facing private terrace. Daily French breakfast, guide, sommelier and skipper contacts, and bicycle hire are available. Cassis has rocky coves and wine-producing vineyards; the nearest restaurant holds three Michelin stars for seafood.

The ground floor contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room, all opening onto a large terrace with views.
One ground-floor bedroom has a king-size bed convertible into twin beds and an ensuite shower room.
The living room has a fireplace and piano; a separate cinema room is also available.
Nine bedrooms occupy the first floor, with king- or queen-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and either sea views or access to a terrace with a jacuzzi.
Two first-floor double bedrooms can be configured with twin beds. An additional single bed can also be placed in the ground-floor bedroom.
Occupying the entire second floor, the main suite includes a king-size bed, ocean views, two private terraces, an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and an office area.
The annexe contains two bedrooms with king-size beds, one convertible into twin beds. There is an ensuite shower room and access outdoors.

Extra notes

From November to March, pool heating can be requested for EUR 800 per week, payable with the balance. Air conditioning is available in all main-house bedrooms only. Local tax is EUR 4.75 per person per night, payable with the balance. A 50% deposit is required. The house stands at the top of a cliff, and parts of the grounds present a fall hazard. Care is required. Steep, unprotected drops mean young children must be supervised constantly outdoors; children under seven are therefore discouraged. An additional double bedroom in the annexe is available on request for an extra fee. Extra beds for children can be arranged on request. The route down to the beach has steep sections. A member of staff lives on the property.
