Between two villages, this farmhouse occupies 90 hectares of farmland. Seven air-conditioned bedrooms have shower ensuites; one includes a bath. The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and 14-seat table. Palladian windows light the orangerie’s bar and billiards table; the living room has a fireplace and projector.
Maussane-les-Alpilles and Paradou are five minutes’ drive away, with weekly markets, outdoor dining, cafés, church bells and the fountain of four seasons shaping village life. Les Baux-de-Provence’s hillside setting is 10 minutes away. Explore Avignon and Arles along the Rhône, or hike and cycle Les Alpilles. The fully equipped gym includes a bike, rowing machine and free weights.

Extra notes
Air conditioning is partial, serving the bedrooms, gym and bar area. The living area uses an underfloor cooling system.
Pool heating is available on request from May to the end of September for EUR 400 per week. The maximum temperature is 26 degrees, depending on weather conditions. Payment is required in advance with the balance.
Local tax is EUR 5.90 per person per night, payable in advance with the balance.
A EUR 5,000 security deposit is due with the balance.
A minimum stay of 14 nights applies in July and August.
